TUITION:

MEALS:
Meals will be prepared by Dac Catering from St. Paul, who will serve us plentiful, delicious and well balanced meals. We are offering a couple of meal options to choose from. Meal service will start with breakfast on Monday July 18 and end with Dinner on Thursday July 21.  On Friday morning July 22, coffee and snacks will be served for those still in attendance.

Meals are buffet style and will be served in the Event Centre. Special dietary needs can be accommodated however we need to be informed in advance. Last minute requests may not be honored.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Shared Room
$200/person (5 nights Sun-Thurs)
(Single bed - must supply own linens, towels and toiletries. We do offer a linen service for $50/person).
Note: At the time of registration, there are only 4 apartments available therefore it will be first come, first served. It is possible that more apartments open up prior to the start of camp.

Unserviced On-Site Camping
$50/unit

St. Paul Lodge (Directly across the street from Portage College)
Charge for camp participants is $60 (Single Occupancy) & $70 (Double Occupancy) plus taxes and fees. Reserve directly with the motel at 780-645-2202 or info@stpaullodge.ca. Let them know you are with Camp Calvin. Cancellation Policy: 7 days.

Full Service Campgrounds
Town of St. Paul offers two municipal campgrounds:
- Overnight Trailer Park (located a 5-min walk to the College). Average price/night $16.00. Reservations made online through campreservations.ca.
- Iron Horse Trail Campground (located a short drive from the College). Average price/night $35.00. Reservations made online through campreservations.ca.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cheques, money orders, E-transfers and credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Physical Camp:
Cancellations made before June 17, 2022 will be reimbursed less a $25 administration fee.
Registrants that are paid in full and cancel after June 18, 2022 will be reimbursed less the $200 deposit fee.

Virtual Camp:
Cancellations made before June 30, 2022 will be reimbursed less a $25 administration fee.
Registrants that cancel after July 1, 2022 will forfeit their registration fee.
